Amber was such an amazing bride to work with. She came in to our Long Beach wedding dress store and told her stylist that she was a very shy woman and was super nervous about trying on dresses because she doesn’t really like showing of her body or curves, but that she wanted a wow dress for her elegant ceremony at the Performing Arts Center in Cerritos, CA. She wanted something with sleeves for coverage and she loved some sparkle. She may have come in shy but she left a bombshell with an amazing wedding gown!
Amber and Garon were married at the Cerritos Performing Arts Center in Cerritos,CA. So yes she needed a WOW wedding dress for that striking location.
She decided on one of our favorite Allure Bridals wedding gowns. It is a strapless trumpet wedding dress in light gold with amazing details on the the bodice of the dress. There is ivory lace which is beaded and some beautiful embroidery details that are embellished with clear sequins. The embroidered strip detail not only is a very unique detail but also helps elongate the body and may make you feel just a little taller. The skirt is a ruffle tulle skirt with a double horsehair trim detail.
It was a shock to Amber that she fell in love with a fitted wedding dress that flattered her curves so well and let’s just say she was not feeling shy anymore at all. She was so excited and we were excited to help her. She even knew it was right when she said she could where her Air Jordan sneakers with her dress. (She is a big fan of the shoes.) She also wore one of our veils that matched her bridal dress perfectly with a scalloped edge with pearl and rhinestone beading.
She had a beautiful coordination of colors with plum and grey with accents of green. The venue had an amazing feel to it and was super elegant. She had a total of 9 bridesmaids who wore plum colored dresses. She totally slayed in this dress, and what a beautiful wedding.
