I love to eat. While that doesn't necessarily qualify me to review caterers, trust me when I tell you I can pick out a frozen veggie by sight. Here in the Phoenix area, there seem to be as many caterers as there are photographers, so I know it's hard to decide which one is right for your wedding. The best thing to do is ask around. And don't just ask brides–ask your other vendors who is good (trust us, we know!).
I've worked with Noelle from Fresh From the Kitchen at a couple of local events and let me first say, she is fabulous. Her passion for food and for working with brides is what makes her the perfect partner on your big day. Second, the food is good. No, more than good. It's great, ladies. Like the name says, this is fresh food. Here's a pic of their creations:
It's colorful, vibrant, FRESH, it even tastes healthy (in that non-heavy but super flavorful way). I could eat her black bean salsa by the bowlful. I think I may have. With great food, I am shameless!
There's a sample menu on their website, but don't hesitate to ask about changes. Like us at Strut, the ladies at Fresh From the Kitchen love working with brides who want to customize their wedding. We're working on getting them in here for an event so you can do a tasting in the store. We'll keep you posted on details!
