“OMG! It was the best day ever! Right before the pandemic hit hard, this was basically a last hurrah for 2020 with all the girls I love in my life. I never planned on having a wedding party, but I wanted my tribe to be involved in the dress part,” she added about her appointment in our bridal store.
Taylor upgraded to one of our Deluxe Bridal Appointments, which includes a selection of fun foods and beverages. It allows you to bring more people to share in the fun, “Everyone was able to sit in the same HUGE room with snacks and champagne! The stylist asked me SOOOO many impactful questions leading to my choice. I tried on many gorgeous gowns and ended up finding the one that incorporated all of what I loved. Taylor’s incredibly detailed aline wedding dress featured a plunging v-neckline, soft and comfortable embroidered straps, and a beautiful beaded belt! It’s A-line style skirt included layers of terrific tulle that add a romantic touch to this bridal look. It’s unique champagne color combined with Taylor’s bold bohemian bouquet fit perfectly into her woodland wedding theme!
Taylor’s lace and tulle aline wedding dress is shown in an almond, champagne, and nude color and is still available in our bridal stores and retails for way under $2000. This romantic wedding gown’s stunning floral embroidery and lovely lace design make it perfect for any rustic or romance filled wedding day!
Taylor combined her gorgeous gown with her impeccable personal style on her wedding day, by adding a luxurious leather jacket to complete her bridal look! We didn’t know it was because of the chilly mountain air – it looked planned to us!
“We eloped on 10.10.20 to the Gold Mountain Manor in Big Bear, CA. The venue is everything. They host large weddings, but we only told a very select few of our plans. The venue owners– Amy and Darrin made the entire weekend perfect for us with their hospitality. We used vendors, but transported all the items up the mountain ourselves and did set-up too. Our photographer and videographer traveled for the occasion. Everything was outdoors and it was about 30 degrees by the end, hence the leather and jean jackets we have on. We had 8 guests.“
“The theme was adventure, outdoorsy, fall, moody vibes. We are big outdoors people and this was perfect.“
We love hearing about our brides’ favorite part of their wedding day – you’d be suprised by the moments that really matter. Taylor’s story gave us goosebumps! She wrote, “My absolute favorite moment of the day was our first dance. We wanted until the very end of the night, it was pitch black on the mountain beside this incredible grassy area with string lights in front of the venue. It was like something out of a movie, it really was so magical. I will cherish it that moment forever.“
“The caterer delivered only half the food. And by the time we realized they were already closed, so our best friends and my Mom ran to a pizza place and that ended up being our dinner. Everything was going too perfect, something had to happen!“
