Alisha was just the sweetest bride ever. She shopped our Tempe bridal store in January of 2016. She was looking for a ballgown but was open to the fabric. We love when a bride has an open mind, because she ended up in a custom ruffle ballgown wedding dress that simply looked amazing for her big day!
Alisha and Robert were married January 29th, 2017. She wore a natural waist organza ruffle ballgown from Allure Bridals. While this ruffle wedding dress is inĀ our Tempe and Long Beach bridal stores in ivory and pearl, Alisha really loved the champagne color more. So we did a custom color change for her. She also modified the neckline to more of a sweetheart design. We love helping brides get a custom wedding dress, but do remember it will add more time (about four weeks) to the order! Alisha also added a three ring hoop slip to her wedding gown. It added volume and structure to the skirt (see below) so the ruffles really looked amazing.
They had a winter wedding theme, and Alisha surprised Robert by renting a snow machine for their entrance. What an awesome surprise! We love this shot of Alisha and her girls – you can see the lace design on her bodice. It also had light sequin sparkles, and finished with a satin band at the natural waistline (our bling brides will love the look of an added sparkle belt!). Her ruffle skirt was organza, which is light and flowy, and finished in a horsehair hem.
For a little twist on the sparkler exit, Alisha and Robert used glow stocks and necklaces. Love!
Alisha was so sweet she brought us flowers! Best wishes to the happy couple!
