Remember when every bride would buy those throwaway cameras for the reception tables? I thought it was such a great idea–you're not there to see every funny moment, but your guests could help capture key images from your wedding and you have tons more photos to enjoy.
Then digital cameras came along. And they're a bit pricy to be buying a dozen for one time use. Then we found this digital camera rental service called CameraRenter.com. For just $495, you get to use 10 cameras. Then you mail them back and they post all of the photos online for everyone to see (totally private site).
Let me say, I would never (NEVER) recommend this service to replace your professional wedding photographer, but it certainly looks like a fun way to help capture your day. You could even pass them out to your wedding party to use at the rehearsal dinner, ladies' brunch, day after brunch, or last wild night out as a single gal!
