One of the reasons we love getting photos from our Strut Brides is that we often learn about a interesting venue that’s new to us. Karina was married at Orcutt Ranch in West Hills, CA. It has super old trees, a community garden, bamboo forest, and you can also pick fruit there! It gave her such a variety of backgrounds for her wedding photos – we couldn’t wait to share!
From their website: “The historic Orcutt Residence is surrounded by 24-acres of gardens and a citrus orchard. The gardens include heritage oaks trees, wandering garden paths, formal flower beds, and a variety of interesting specimen trees, exotic shrubs, and flowering plants. There are several significant oak trees on the property; one of the largest is more that 33′ in circumference and is estimated to be more than 700 years old. This stand of oaks was commemorated with a plaque on October 2, 1948, by the San Fernando Valley Historical Society.”
Karina and Steven were married April 23, 2017. She worked with Tamiko and found a beautiful wedding dress with cap sleeves from Allure Bridals. It featured a v neck, beaded lace bodice, low illusion back design with beaded belt and tulle aline skirt.
From cake in the face (his face, naturally…. she had a wedding dress to protect!) to a wedding pinata at the reception, it looks like this wedding was a ton of fun, and Orcutt Ranch is a beautiful location! Congrats to the newlyweds!
