Katie had a classic cherry red, black and ivory wedding this April 28th in San Diego. And she sent us wedding photos so fast we just knew she loved her dress! Katie wore a satin-edged veil over her face as she walked down the aisle. She made quite an entrance:
Katie walked down the aisle in a satin fitted gown with ruched bodice and satin-trimmed ruffle skirt. We call it the Waffle Mermaid, but we couldn't tell you why, other than a bride called it that once, and it stuck!
Katie had a French underbustle added to her wedding dress. The ruffled train fit nicely under the satin overlay! Here she is with her wedding party. We love the cardigans over the bridesmaids dresses; they're a great alternative to a bolero.
