Monica came in to our Long Beach bridal boutique in the Spring of 2016 looking for her dream bridal gown for her church wedding. She wanted a gown that she could have a good time in at her much-expected fun wedding reception. She loved details like a flowy skirt and illusion necklines. They were having a traditional church wedding, so she wanted to make sure her dress fit her expectations. Monica fell in love with a flowy Allure aline wedding dress.
Monica and Jorge were married at St. Paul the Apostle church in Chino Hills, CA surrounded by 150 of their closest friends and family. Monica decided on a vneck illusion back Aline wedding dress by Allure Bridals. This bridal dress has an english net tulle skirt with a charmeuse satin lining which is in a light gold color. The lace on the bodice is embellished with clear sequins which gives this dress a little more sparkle and accents the beautifully sparkle detail on the waist. The illusion back also has lace accents with little sparkles as well. The button detail goes down the middle of the back and continues on the cover the zipper. Of course no wedding is a wedding without a few hiccups, and that’s what help set memories. Especially if it’s an hour before your wedding and you find out you have no flowers!!! Pure panic mode. Even though there were no flowers and she was late, Monica says it was the most perfect day.
“The ceremony was perfect, even though I arrived almost an hour late due to the flower mishap. Once at our reception we were greeted by a packed house and a mariachi band! Food, drinks and good music flowed through the wee hours and we surprised our guests with a late night taco truck! Jorge and I had a blast, our cake was amazingly delicious, everyone loved the photo booth and the DJ kept the dance floor full all night. Overall it was a success, everyone had a great time and flash forward almost 6 months later- we are having fun enjoying married life as a family of two! Our adventures are just beginning and we can’t wait to see what the future holds for the new Mr. & Mrs. Flores!”
