We’re excited to formally announce our Plus Size Wedding Dress Sample Sale – July 2017. If you’re a new bride, you’re probably wondering what a wedding gown sample sale is, so let’s start there! Twice a year bridal stores have to buy new bridal gowns from their wedding designers, and twice a year these designers also retire bridal gowns. That means wedding dress shops need to make room for new arrivals and also sell gowns that we can’t reorder. In other words, this weird industry cycle means you can save big when we drastically mark down some of our wedding gowns to make room for the new ones!
Strut has their annual sample sale every July, but this year we’re doing it a bit differently. Instead of a super short wedding dress sample sale, we’re extending it out over 9 days, giving our brides more time to shop and a more leisurely shopping experience. But don’t despair – we still have our awesome VIP Appointments, too!
For this once a year plus size wedding dress sale, we’ll be marking our designer wedding gowns to $199, $499, and $799. We’ll have select other in-stock bridal gowns marked $300 off. But our VIP Sample Sale appointments will be July 15th and 16th. For $25 (paid in advance, and credited toward a same day purchase), you’ll get first access to the sale gowns, plus we’ll have some special gowns marked $500 off our regular retail price. That’s a HUGE savings!
July 17 – 23rd will be regular sample sale appointments. We’ll need a credit card to reserve your spot, but there is no cost ($25 cancellation fee applies if no show or cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment). You may bring up to three guests for your hour and a half appointment, and there is no limit to the number of wedding gowns you may try on during your appointment.
