Strut is excited to be Phoenix’s newest full service bridal salon. We started our search for the perfect location back in August (helpful hint: don’t do this in the summer!), looking for an old building with character. Actually, we specified brick walls, cement floors, and high ceilings. Why? Well, we’re providing something different for brides, so we wanted our location to look different, too.
We found the perfect spot in the old antique market at the corner of 7th Avenue and McDowell, in central Phoenix. We love the historic districts that surround us. We’re located in the spot where the old Willo Bakery was. You can see their old yellow walls in this picture, and even an old display case!
Truthfully, folks, it was in pretty rough shape, from top (heavily patched ceiling) to bottom (really rough, dirty floors) and everything in between. We ended up gutting it all and starting over. We’ll keep you updated on our progress!
