At our most recent event with Asare Event Planning, SLiCE was kind enough to provide our brides with samples of their cake flavors in the form of mini cupcakes. Check out the pretty display:
I remember tasting key lime, lemon, raspberry, chocolate peanut butter, something with peppermint, something with dark chocolate ganache, a swirl of chocolate and vanilla, something sprinkled with gold powder… So many choices. Of course I had to eat one of each! Here's a close up:
Oh! And there was red velvet! I love the little details she added on each one: silver balls, sprinkles, little flowers… Aren't they beautiful?
Chef Chris won a competition on the Food Network and has another show airing on that station this December. We can't wait to see if she comes out victorious again! I believe her full size cupcakes run $2.50-$4.50 each (and of course she also makes full size wedding cakes!). We'll be serving more samples on the weekends this fall, so you'll have to stop in and try one… or two… or three!
