Katie came in looking for a more modest gown for her fall wedding in the Temple. If you've been in the store, you've heard us say that we don't carry a lot of wedding gowns with sleeves because they are more difficult to fit and are far less flattering than adding custom sleeves or straps to your bridal gown. Katie took our advice, and just look at the result:
Bridal perfection! Katie chose an Allure Bridals gown made of organdy. That's a lightweight flowy fabric with a slight shine to it. It's an unusual fabric for a bridal gown, but it adds such a gracefulness when you walk.
Katie's wedding dress featured a fully ruched bodice and was slim fit over the hips. It had a full skirt. Katie added the sleeves to her strapless wedding dress with a sweetheart neckline.
We had a blast with her in the store. She always came in with an entourage, and they were so fun. Here's a pic of Katie with some of her friends and family:
We love the spunk! These girls are all so beautiful! Finally, while Katie LOVED her dress, she might have loved her cake even more, so we thought we'd we show you that, too:
It looks too pretty to eat (but we'd definitely take a nibble anyway!). Thanks, Katie, for sharing photos of your wedding!

Wow Ann,
I can’t believe I am just now looking at this post! Thanks so much! My wedding was a blast and you were WONDERFUL to work with! I will suggest you to anyone I know who needs a bigger gown.
