One of the best parts of my job is hearing from brides all of their wedding day details, from unusual footwear to funky cakes. I love learning about different wedding venues around the valley and state, and why brides have chosen their special location. I recently had the opportunity to visit Noah's in Chandler and wanted to report back to you on this awesome new wedding reception venue.
Some great things about Noah's:
- It's brand new
- It is easy to find and right off the interstate
- It has a GORGEOUS grand ballroom with an amazing light. Here's a pic (from their website)
- I didn't love the parking, but they tried to help that by making it easy to go in the front or back door
- I love that you can bring in your favorite caterer, DJ, band, etc.
- You HAVE to see the groom's room, complete with games and a huge TV. Here's a pic:
- Overall, I thought the venue was really versatile with different rooms that could be configured for cocktail hours, a kids area, etc.
- There was a back patio, though I didn't see it
- Their rental price includes basic linens, tables, chairs, projector/screen, etc. Brides appreciate not being nickeled-and-dimed to death.
Here are some things to consider:
- That main ballroom is really, really loud. We had just two guitarists and it was still difficult to hold a conversation.
- The bridal suite has large windows and no private area to dress. Also it wasn't great for putting on makeup (table with lamps).
- I didn't see a striking area to have a ceremony, so this is best for receptions.
So far I hear favorable reports from brides who have met with the folks at Noah's, so I would recommend checking them out if you're looking for an Easy Valley location.
