Emma is the first to be featured in this beautiful two tone lace sheath wedding dress. She shopped at our Tempe bridal store in March of 2016 looking for a fit and flare wedding dress that had a vneck or illusion neckline. We knew she also liked to accent her waist with a belt. She worked with Ann to find a brand new lace sheath wedding, and we custom added the straps!
You can see how it perfectly complemented her curves – WOWWWW!
Emma was such a sweet bride, and we loved working with her family and friends, too. She wrote:
Married life is fantastic and I would LOVE to share some photos – the dress looks amazing in all of them! It’s also a secret wish to be a feature blog post and you made everything about trying on dresses an experience that I still talk about today. It still makes me chuckle when I think about coming in with maybe “the dress” picked out and my dream of having a big puffy ball gown to hide all of my curves! Because of you I felt like a million dollars on my wedding day! I’ve attached photos (and probably way too many) to this email and the details for vendors are also below (they’re all on Facebook if you want to tag them).Photographer: K. Welty PhotographyHair: Tad Caldwell at Hair PollutionMake-Up: Done by a friendRings: Shane Co.Veil: My “Something Old” from my Grandmother Pearls: My “Something Borrowed” from my GrandmotherAh, so exciting! I forgot that I put in some pictures with the girls and Tanner’s suit those vendors are: David’s Bridal and Men’s Wearhouse 🙂 We also had fireworks that night.
Emma’s wedding dress was two tone, with ivory lace over a light champagne lining. Because it didn’t flare out at the thighs or knees, we consider it a sheath or column wedding dress. But check out the back – the train flared out to create a beautiful effect from behind!
This wedding was perfection! We love all of the little touches, from the accent signs to her textured wedding bouquet. Emma and Tanner were married December 17th, 2016. Their colors were navy and purples with rustic touches. We love the pops of color in her bouquet, and the bridesmaids’ matching ones!
Their reception ended with a bang – literally! They had an amazing fireworks display from Firework Productions of Arizona. How cool is this pic of the set up?!
