Introducing our beautiful bride Joeanna and her husband Emmanuel. Joeanna and Emanuel got married on October 3rd. 2021 at the Reptacular Ranch in Sylmar, California. The Reptacular Ranch is nestled in the Angeles Forest in the north San Fernando Valley. The combination of Ranch and Zoo life provides the most memorable setting for a romantic wedding in a scenic and serene countryside venue. Joeanna wore a stunning floral lace aline wedding dress!
When asked about their choice of venue, Joeanna wrote to us, “We chose The Reptacular Ranch in Sylmar, CA and had about 130 friends and family. The ranch is a beautiful outdoor venue that houses rescue animals of all kinds. You have the option to add on the petting zoo for cocktail hour and/or add an animal to spot light (we choose Herbie the camel). Not to mention the best thing about this venue is you can choose any vendor you’d like. So, if you wanted to have Little Caesars’ Pizza, then bring your pizza! The options are endless and can save you a pretty penny in the end.”

Joeanna stopped in to shop our Long Beach, California bridal store and worked with our owner, Ann, to curate her perfect bridal look. She said yes to her strapless, sweetheart style aline that features a unique rose floral pattern all throughout the gown. She later had these gorgeous off the shoulder flutter sleeves added during the alterations process. Wow, Joeanna! Those sleeves completely transformed the gown and made it even better than it already was!
Not only did she customize her wedding gown to truly make it her own, she is also the first bride to ever get married and be featured in it! How special!

“The ceremony & hearing the vows my now husband wrote. To add to all the emotions, my husband had just lost his mother unexpectedly the previous Sunday. I mean that ceremony was so intense with all kinds of emotions but, the line that got my tears flowing was ‘For every wound you have ever endured, I am committed to healing.’ *swoon* Our love felt like the strongest in the world and I will never forget it. And lastly, we’re coffee obsessed people so we hired a barista to serve iced and hot coffee which was so delicious.”
Coffee at a wedding is such a fun and unique touch!
