Ok, I think Pattis wedding gowns are really underrated. They're not very well known, but they are so incredibly beautiful (not to mention really well made with quality fabrics). So I have to share a couple of them with all of you, my favorite curvy girl brides!
This is Austin in the Pattis (rhymes with Matisse, the french painter) Florance gown. It creates such a statuesque profile… I love the way the small ruching (little wrinkles on the bodice) creates a teeny tiny waist on her. The stunning beading criss-crosses under the bust and goes into a single strap (a VERY hot wedding dress trend for fall ladies!). Garden wedding? Forest wedding? Outdoor by a pool? Great for all of those situations. I just wish I could show you the back of the gown because your backside will even look tiny, I swear!
The Pattis Frieda gown is perfect for my more mature brides, those "encore" or second weddings, or women who just like a more modest top to their wedding dress. I would call this an a line wedding gown, but the skirt isn't very full (and certainly not something you'd need a petticoat or big slip for), and it features an organza overlay.
The biggest draw to this dress is, of course, the incredible beading at the top. I love the way it "pops" against Kathy's skin but still has that beautiful sweetheart neckline. This dress is great for a plus size bride or anyone that wants to minimize their hips/tummy area.
Pattis is one of our better brands, but if you'd like to learn what makes some wedding dresses more expensive than others, come on in–I'd love to show you!
